Detective
Detective Earle has over seven years of experience working as a crime analyst and patrol officer. She began her career working as an analyst before becoming a sworn member with the Kansas City Police Department (KCPD). She also holds a Master‘s Degree with a graduate certification in crime analysis. Her background, education and training in crime analysis provides a unique perspective to patrolling many of the highest crime areas throughout the city. Detective Earle also co-founded the Texas Law Enforcement Analyst Network (TXLEAN). She is currently assigned to the Homeland Security Unit and serves as a TFO assigned to the FBI.
