The FEMA National Preparedness Assessment Division will be conducting a workshop for all Homeland Security Preparedness Grant (HSGP) and Tribal Homeland Security Grant Program (THSGP) recipients to discuss recent updates to the THIRA/SPR, as described in Comprehensive Preparedness Guide (CPG) 201 – Third Edition. During this workshop, attendees will be able to ask questions about the new THIRA/SPR process and discuss how grantees can use the results to develop Investment Justifications (IJs) and support other preparedness efforts, including planning, training, and exercises.
