Garry Lisiewski, Vice-President

For nearly a decade, Garry Lisiewski served as the Homeland Security Grant
Supervisor responsible for the management of the Tampa Urban Area Security Initiative
(UASI) program for the Tampa Bay urban area, under the administration of the City of
Tampa Police Department, Special Operations Division. Mr. Lisiewski has served as a board
member for the National Homeland Security Association for the past four and a half years.
Mr. Lisiewski holds a Master of Science degree in the Management of Technology, from
the University of Miami; and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, from the
University of South Florida. Prior to his current position, he managed the administration of
capital projects and grants for the City of Miami Beach; and worked as an Industrial
Engineer for a multitude of industries including: logistics (air and ground express), utilities
(electric, water, and wastewater), food processing, and banking
